1993 | Researched protective clothing for welding work by conducting "Research on Harmful Ray Protective Substances from Welding Arcs" with Ehime University with a grant from the Ehime Prefecture Technopolis Foundation. |
1994 | Obtained a patent for the developing of heat-resistant, flame-resistant, and heat-shielding sheets using aramid fiber. |
1995 | Introduced CAD to speed up the design and production process. Developed protective clothing for welding work collaborating with TEIJIN LIMITED and KOBE STEEL, LTD. |
1997 | Received certification from the Ehime Prefecture SME Creation Activity Promotion Law by research and development of "Cold-resistant clothing" that can withstand -196 ℃ for 30 minutes and + 1200 ℃ for 30 seconds with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd., Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd., Osaka Gas Co., Ltd., TOHO GAS Co., Ltd., TEIJIN LIMITED and TEIKEN LIMITED as part of disaster prevention equipment for liquefied natural gas bases, production and distribution. |
1998 | Conducted joint research project with Hokuriku Electric Power Company for electric disaster prevention clothing "flame-retardant insulation clothing" as a research project commissioned by the SME General Corporation, a new technology research project to address issues. |
2001 | Collaborative development of molten metal protective clothing with TEIKEN LIMITED. Became a member of the Japan Protective Clothing Study Group. |
